The concept was created in 1993 as Sole Proprietorship by Keith Johnson Graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management. http://www.shannoncollege.com/study-at-shannon-college/courses/ . The Company went incorporated in 2008 and has enjoyed growth exceeding 10% in every year since. His unique approach is to offer *Old World Market Style Foods* focusing on quality, with a market niche specializing in seafood’s. The company’s main focus is selling to the Independent Grocer, offering a customised product presentation, while maintaining unique product selection of exceptional quality.

Simply Delicious promotes healthy living in every aspect of daily life. The body is our temple and what we choose to eat is reflected in our health, both in body and mind. We will always promote products that are of superior quality.

We are concerned about the globalization of the food supply and the choices that are available locally for us to distribute. The few multinational companies that control the food supply exploit the lack of consumer knowledge to promote and market products for greater profit. Obesity, diabetes and allergies are at the highest levels in history. When people emigrate from third world countries where they have not been exposed to our life style, once exposed, rapidly assume the same proportion of similar health related problems as us.
